Please note that while a cleaning fee is included, we kindly request that guests leave the property in a reasonably clean condition.
The cleaning fee is intended to cover more extensive cleaning tasks beyond routine tidying.
Security deposit
We are partnered with Superhog to provide enhanced security and peace of mind for both our guests and ourselves.
Superhog offers guest screening and identity verification services to ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone involved.
Guests will have the option of a $35 non-refundable waiver or a $15 non-refundable deposit with protections up to $500.
Prices may vary at Superhog's discretion.
Important Notice for Families with Young Children
Staircase Alert: Our property features multiple staircases. While they add charm to our home, they may pose a risk to young children. Please supervise your children at all times.
Lack of Childproofing: Our home is not equipped with childproofing measures. This includes, but is not limited to, the absence of safety gates, outlet covers, and cabinet locks. We HIGHLY recommend families with young children take this into consideration BEFORE booking.
Parent/ Guardian Responsibility: It is the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to ensure the safety of their children during their stay. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept that the Main Street Belle may not be suitable for young children due to these safety concerns .
Cancellation Policy
90% Refund: Guests can receive a 90% refund if reservation is canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
75% Refund: If guests cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 75% paid prepayments will be refunded.
50% Refund: If guests cancel between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 50% paid prepayments will be refunded.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Emergency situations: If guest needs to cancel within 14 days due to a verified emergency (like a medical emergency or natural disaster), they can receive credit for a future stay.
Covid Policy: Guests who are Covid positive will not be allowed to check-in, or remain on property out of concern for the safety of our staff and guests. Guests who are Covid positive during their stay and are asked to leave are not eligible for a refund.
